The Essentials Package addresses basic technology controls, security awareness training, and key policies for achieving success. It includes:
- Establishment and/or maintenance of district/enterprise cybersecurity programming
- Assistance with cybersecurity program management dashboarding to monitor compliance
- Cybersecurity training policy support or security awareness training
- Vulnerability scan with comprehensive findings report and remediation recommendations
- Tech support to fix identified problems and answer district/enterprise questions
- Program assistance in support of information security program development
Sustainment Package
The Sustainment Package adds more technology controls, enhanced professional development and enterprise-wide programming. It includes everything in the Essentials Package plus:
- Subscription to security awareness training for additional seats OR
- Additional support for enterprise-wide security awareness training
- Second vulnerability scan and related reporting and recommendations
- Additional hours of tech and policy support for more advanced program development OR
- Penetration test and report of findings and recommendations
Comprehensive Package
The Comprehensive Package addresses more sophisticated technology controls, interdisciplinary training, and continuous process improvement. It includes everything in the Sustainment Package plus:
- Penetration test and related report on district vulnerabilities to outside attack
- Additional technical and programmatic support hours to remediate known issues
- Customized additional services such as endpoint management, antivirus, incident response, managed security operations center, multifactor authentication, email security, compliance as a service, managed help desk, system auditing and change management, etc.
